Simply place your orders on line and a customer representative will contact you within 24 hours with a freight rate. Your card will not be charged until you agree to the freight charges. If you would like a freight quote on any item before ordering simply call us at 701-566-3252 or email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to get any freight rates you need.
If your freight comes in damaged you have two options.
You can refuse to accept the damaged freight. The carrier will return the freight to Attachmenthouse LLC or any of it's vendors for repair or replacement. The Freight carrier will bring the new or repaired items back at no charge. Any claims will be between Attachmenthouse LLC and the Freight carrier.
You can accept that freight as damaged or missing parts. If you choose this option your claim will be between you and the delivering freight carrier. They will have you fill out a damaged freight form and all claims will be filed by you against the freight carrier.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned goods. If the item has been used or damaged it will be subject to additional restocking fees. The shipping charges will not be credited on returned items and it is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to an Attachmenthouse LLC vendor. When the items are recieved a credit will be issued upon inspection of the product. All returns goods must be authorized with a returned goods authorization number from Attachmenthouse LLC.
